MeetINglass: INglass Opens Its Doors To Students

Company tour, educational paths, internship. Starting from the 1st of February, INglass will open its doors to all students who want to work in the engineering industry. The project aims to put young people in contact with the world of work helping students to discover their aptitudes and interests.
The initiative, including 5 half day lessons, geared towards students attending mechanical, electromechanical, automation and plastic Technical Institutes.
Each educational module aims to examine in depth the following Company Departments:
  • HRSflow Design and Technical Dept.
  • HRSflow Quality Dept.
  • HRSflow Operation: production planning, machining and assembly
  • Mold operation: mold design, production planning, mechanical machining, assembly and try-out.
  • R&D Dept.
The reference person from each Department will demonstrate the activities and the procedures used in the specific working area. Each lesson will include a final tour in the corresponding Department allowing all students to experience our organization and our history, the manufacturing processes, the projects in which we are involved and the job opportunities we offer.
Moreover, at the end of each educational module all the attendees will have to fill out an assessment questionnaire. The student who achieves the highest score in the related questionnaire, will be awarded an internship in that specific Department in the May/June period
“MeetINglass” Project aims to reduce the gap between school and the working world demonstrating how our Company invests in young people by offering students a period of training.
