Continuous Improvement and training are the fundamental elements to grow and create innovation. That’s why LEARNINGLASS project was born: the Company Academy that organizes training activities for INglass team to develop technical and cross competences.
The project was born two years ago, and it includes internal and external training programs. The internal courses are held by Senior people within the Company who share their knowledge with the young colleagues. Assigning this task to the internal team has two goals:
- Conveying to the younger colleagues the technical expertise and the company values. In this way, they will be highly specialized professionals with specific features.
- Valuing people who have been working in the Company for years and with a high expertise in the sector.
The topics of the internal courses are wide-ranging. They include mold and hot runner design, lean production, Excel courses, training on molds and hot runners, and analysis of the injection molding process.
On the other end, external courses usually take place outside the Company. They could be technical courses, language courses or courses related to soft skills and personal growth.
