What better way to let young students discover the working world than let them participate in a real working experience in a company?
The purpose of MEETINGLASS: the initiative, including 5 half day lessons, involved the students attending mechanical, electromechanical, automation and plastic Technical Institutes for the second consecutive year.
The attendees visited 5 different Company Departments to experience the development of a product from the R&D phase to the design and production stages. Each lesson concluded with a final tour led by the reference person from the corresponding Department.

At the end of each educational module all the attendees filled out a determining assessment questionnaire. The 5 attendees who achieved the highest score in one of the 5 Company areas were selected by the Company to start a period of training in the corresponding area.
MEETINGLASS project aims to put students in direct contact with the world of work while helping them discover the opportunities offered by the Company and the real expertise required in a manufacturing organization.
