INglass-HRSFlow has developed a special valve gate nozzle (available only on demand) with rectangular opening . The internal profile of the tip and the endring and the special pin design with fix orientation, allow to create gates with elongated shape  alike to a rectangular one. The tip  and the opening  shapes are designed to assure  a flow rate  equivalent   to  a circular gate, avoiding high shear stress that can cause defects on the part. With this special nozzle is possible to:

• Inject in ribs or blame of reduced dimensions;
• Avoid cold runners and material scrap;
• Avoid the injection point on the surface of the part.
