INglass-HRSFlow has been using Injection Compression Technology combined with multishot/multicolour  tooling technique to build plastic glazing molds since 2004.
One of the main features of INglass-HRSFlow plastic glazing tooling is the direct injection on the component in sequential mode that results in the production of a glazing surface without limit of size.
Furthermore  no post-process is  required before operations such as the coating treatment.
The special tooling technique  allows to produce large panels without any in-mold stress that could cause part warpage and aesthetical defects.
The process how to achieve these  results has been filed by Inglass with various patents worldwide.
