INglass-HRSFlow offers complete support for easy colour change underling in the preriminary phase all kind of criticalities by Mold Flow simulations and provides solutions defining:

• Right gate position and dimensions
• N° of nozzles
• Optimized manifold layout and bore dimensions
• Specific procedure for colour changes
• Manifold and nozzles internally polished
• Optimized components for better colour changes such special tips and valve bushing with no stagnation profile (available only for face to face system)

A:  TRADITIONAL VERSION :
     No optimized Channels connection to reduce the material stagnation

B:  INGLASS VERSION:
     New optimized internal geometry to reduce the material stagnation beside
     the valve pin.
     New HRS flow geometry in valve bushing:

• Better flow conditions
• Better velocity profile
• No stagnation also in worse conditions (small shots with big manifolds)
