HOT HALVES DOUBLE PLATES

• The hot half is supplied with the manifold  and necessary plates for the manufacture of the injection half of the tool
• No need for the Customer to machine clearances for the hot runner system
• Both the electrical and pneumatic wiring are provided according to the customers' specifications
• Proper warer circuits are provided inside the Hot Half
• Once received, the Customer only needs to assemble it into the rest of the mold
• Easier maintenance

HOT HALVES SINGLE PLATE

This type of Hot Half is carried out with the use of a single plate where the hot runner system is housed. This format can only be used with screwed-in systems given that these types of nozzle do not need  to be centered in the underlying plate. One plate can be therefore eliminated and, as a consequence,  the entire hot runner system is centered and fixed in the remaining plate (in the opposite way to 'standard' systems).
This allows

• A reduction in system thickness and weight
• A reduction in system costs
• Easier assembling and maintenance
•  and not necessarily at the same time
