The gate insert design allows to minimize wear and tear on the cavity interface also for high volume outputs. Mechanically and thermally balanced manifolds coupled with excellent thermal profiles and dimensional accuracy help to deliver part-to-part consistency. Colour change is also performed at its best within 60 shots also in critical material situations thanks to tip pocket geometries studied for an optimized  clean up  of the injection gate pocket during the injection and drastically  reduced  stagnation areas

Complete pre-wired injection hot half is a ready-to-install system and only takes a few minutes to mount the cold half.  After assembling the hot half, the mold is right away ready for production. An  easy maintenance is assured by the valve pin that can be adjusted by the clamping plate without mold disassembly
